Job Type: Permanent, full-time

Location: Maldon, Essex

Are you a sales driven professional? Commercially minded? Are you interested in the Construction industry?

My Client, a well-known landscaping and development company based in the Maldon area are recruiting for an experienced Sales Executive, preferably with at least 1 years' experience. Don't worry if you don't have a construction background, training can be provided for the right individual.

It's a new opportunity, to join a brand new team and sail the company to success. You'd initially be converting leads into accounts through your charm, sales skills and awesomeness. You will need to use your own initiative to call, message, email, stalk or even meet customers to tell them all about what you do. The accounts you`ll pick up are varied in size, some are larger clients as well as seedlings. You will be the main contact for all these accounts, and will be required to identify further opportunities to deliver your offering within your clients` other branches to give yourself the perfect platform.

The Fit:

You will be someone with Account Management and/or Sales experience or even Business Development, it's a non-negotiable. If you have recruitment experience, that could be no harm either.

You are ambitious and you get things done. You're not the kind of person who waits for things to be handed to you. You're a go-getter that will go after every single one of their Clients to make sure their journey to greatness is going well and is proving fruitful, but you will also focus on reactivating clients that might have dropped off.

We're looking for that over achiever, that go getter, someone that continually goes above and beyond their call of duty. They're a huge player in B2B sales that means that loads of great things are happening, but that also means that you need to be pretty autonomous and self-sufficient. It's a great thing: if you have an idea and it's not utterly out of this world crazy, they'll support you! They do need you to drive but are not fussed whether that be a 2, 3 or 4 wheel vehicle.
