Job Title: Accounts and Audit Senior/ Semi-Senior

Job Type: Permanent, full-time

Location: Leicester

My Client, a top 20 accountancy practice based in Leicester are now seeking for the best Accounts and Audit Seniors/ Semi-Seniors in the industry. They are an organisation looking to grow, hence they are looking to attract the very best people in the local area. You will need to be part qualified or qualified ACA/ACCA, have at least 2 years' experience and have a passion to carve out a fantastic career for yourself.

You will be expected to work closely with a large range of Clients including, limited companies, PLC's, sole traders and charities, consistently providing a high quality service.

Day to day duties consist of:-

  • Leading audits - planning through to completion
  • Producing and finalising accounts
  • Preparation of corporate and personal tax computations and returns
  • Coaching less experienced members of the team, including reviewing their work
  • Managing your own portfolio
  • Client liaison

For you to be successful at this role you will have excellent communication skills, ability to work on own initiative, be confident, ambitious and have the ability to cope in a faced paced environment, delivering work to agreed time scales. You will also have the capability to handle multiple and diverse projects simultaneously.
